Akbar (Jalaluddin Muhammad) an Indian emperer, social reformer, statesman.

Third Mughal Emperor of the Indian subcontinent.

He got the titles Akbar the Great, Padishah (Great King), Shahanshah (King of Kings), Zill-e-Ilahi (Shadow of God).

He abolished the jizya tax on non-Muslims.

He Introduced ‘Mansabdari System’, a key administrative and military framework.

He expanded the Mughal Empire from a small kingdom into one of the largest empires in Indian history.

He is renowned for fostering art, literature, and culture through his brilliant court known as the “Navratnas” or Nine Jewels.

His reign is often called the “Golden Age” of the Mughal Empire.
