Ambedkar won ‘The Mahad Satyagraha’ case in Bombay High Court.

Justic Broomfield and Justice Wadia rejected ‘Upper Caste Hindus’ appeal since they could not prove their ownership of land of Chawdar Tank. Mumbai High Court ruled that ‘untouchables’ have the right to drink water from Chavdar Lake at Mahad.
