Cyril Radcliffe (Cyril John Radcliffe, 1st Viscount Radcliffe) a British lawyer, law lord.

Best known for his role in the Partition of British India into two Countries India and Pakistan (West Pakistan and East Pakistan). East Pakistan now called Bangladesh. The borderline that separated India from Pakistan, known as the Radcliffe Line.
