‘Karnataka State Police Flag Day’ also considered as ‘Welfare Day for retired Police officials’ in Karnataka celebrated annually on april 2nd.

On this day uniform Acts were brought on Apr. 2, 1965 , the day is celebrated as Police Flag Day. One of ‘Welfare Day for retired Police officials’ objective is to raise funds for the benefit of retired Police officials.
