World Day of Social Justice

World Day of Social Justice also known as Social Justice Equality Day is a United Nations observance held annually on February 20th. It was proclaimed by the General Assembly in 2007. It is an international day recognizing the need to promote social justice, which includes efforts to tackle issues such as poverty, exclusion, gender inequality, unemployment, human rights, and social protections.
