Sarala Devi Chaudhurani (Sarala Ghosal) an Indian independence activist, educationist, writer, political activist.

Founder of first national-level women’s organization ‘Bharat Stree Mahamandal’. She got the title ‘Sherni of Punjab’ (Lioness of Punjab).
